Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (sport, lesson format, coach level, lesson count, lesson duration, player count, city cost tier, court-fee flag and amount, coach hourly rate, pack discount, single and pack prices, planned lessons per month, expiry months, refund and transfer terms, coach names, hourly rates, ratings, review counts, certification flags, years of experience, availability slots, travel minutes and group sizes, preferred slot, budget and distance limits, private-or-group preference, months playing, sessions per month, rally length, serve, scoring, match and prior-sport answers, fitness and goal, level band, training goal, start date, weeks, sessions and lessons per week, weekday names, your first name, goals in your words, preferred slots, coach or club name, equipment flag, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to coaches, clubs or booking platforms. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
